CRA Budget

The CRA operates within the City of Pensacola’s fiscal year, which runs from October 1 to September 30. CRA financial documents are part of the city’s overall budget and can be accessed through the City’s Financial Services Department webpage.

Budget Funds Include:

  • Community Redevelopment Agency Fund
  • Urban Core Redevelopment Trust Fund
  • Eastside TIF District Fund
  • Westside TIF District Fund
  • CRA Debt Service Fund

These funds support redevelopment projects within each individual CRA-designated area within the city.

Annual Financial Reports

Each year, the CRA’s finances are independently audited and published to the City of Pensacola website. The CRA audit should be read in conjunction with the City of Pensacola Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).

You can find the CRA audit and the CAFR on the City of Pensacola Financial Services Department webpage.
