CRA Reports and Budgets
The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is committed to transparency and accountability. Each year, we provide detailed reports and budget information to keep the public informed about how redevelopment funds are used to support local projects and improve our community.
Annual Reports
As required by Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the CRA publishes an Annual Report by March 31st each year. This report is submitted to the City’s governing body and made available to the public.

Access Reports:
CRA Budget
The CRA operates within the City of Pensacola’s fiscal year, which runs from October 1 to September 30. CRA financial documents are part of the city’s overall budget and can be accessed through the City’s Financial Services Department webpage.
Budget Funds Include:
- Community Redevelopment Agency Fund
- Urban Core Redevelopment Trust Fund
- Eastside TIF District Fund
- Westside TIF District Fund
- CRA Debt Service Fund
These funds support redevelopment projects within each individual CRA-designated area within the city.
Annual Financial Reports
Each year, the CRA’s finances are independently audited and published to the City of Pensacola website. The CRA audit should be read in conjunction with the City of Pensacola Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
