Completed Developments
From vision to reality, each completed project reflects the ideas of local partners, private developers, and neighbors who believed in what a place could become. From restoring historic structures to creating new spaces for homes, businesses, and community gathering, these projects demonstrate how thoughtful redevelopment can reduce blight, strengthen neighborhoods, and improve quality of life.
Together, we’re building places that matter — one project, one block, one milestone at a time.
